OK. MDS. It's amazing, provided people know how to set their cruise at 65. I have and own, 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 QCSB. In all the years driving across the country I've never gotten better than 19 after 500 miles of driving. This year, thanks to two individual morons on different days, my truck landed in the body shop for 3.5 weeks. Got a 2017 F150 and after a week swapped it out for a 2017 Hemi CRew Cab medium bed, 200 miles of free way with two stops
on for medicine for a cold and another for a Rockstar and as I got off the freeway and was getting 27 mph. I have a friend that has a 2006 Hemi 300c and complained he never got better than about 19, after a few more questions, he sets his cruise at 70
or 75. If you have MDS keep it and learn to drive at 65. Just my thoughts after having my 03 for 12 years and just having a rental for 2 weeks, I wish I could install it on my 03 for fairly cheap. So just keep in mind MDS-65 anything over and the MDS is wasted engineering for the truck.
