The high speed position of my wipers doesn't work on my 06 Ram. Intermittent and low speed work fine. I think there is an open recall for the flasher wiper switch does anyone think that this is the problem?

Also my drivers window auto down still doesn't work, I asked this question before but I am asking again to see if there are any new responses on what might be the problem.

Are a Fram oil filter and Castrol GTX 5W30 adequate for my 06 Hemi or can I do better? And what about a Fram air filter?

 

I am not sure if that is the problem with your wipers or not but I would start there , being as it wouldn't cost you anything. Here is a copy of the recall letter I got from the Chrysler Group:
