Default Cleaning black wheels

I put a set of Fuel matte black wheels on my truck just before winter. Finaly got a chance to clean it up good today and found that even after using soap and water on the wheels that they still have a gray tint to them. I assume this is from the lovely PA salt.

Whats the best cleaner to make them look nice and black again? They have some chrome plastic accents so the cleaner would have to be safe on that as well.

Thanks

You need a wheel brush or a power ball and a mild cleaner like p21s. Wash the wheels with soap and a hand mit, spray them with p21s and use your wheel brush to scrub the grime/brake dust off. Once they're clean, hit them with a wheel sealant to make future cleaning much easier. Optimum makes a good sealant.
