I am looking at an 08 2500 Hemi 6 sp. manual 4x4, with 3:73 gears just wondering what anybody thinks what kind of mileage this truck will get.Also are there any things i should be looking for. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks

 

I own the same truck, if you want to run this truck in the city, buy a 4 banger, truck is geared verry low, awsome power on the high way I can get as high as 18 mpg 60 mph using mid grade on flat ground, towing and 70+mph eat flue.

The hemi is a great power plant, the 6sp man is built soild ( 3 versions) I converted my truck to true daul ex.

down side is the 16 copper plugs that have a verry short life span and the drive train, stearing and front suepension pressent a lot of issues you may want to stay away from.

If your looking for a work truck, the hemi with 6sp man is the best aspect of this package, but I caution you to inspect inspect inspect non servicable items that fail, uJoints on all drive axles, ball joints, tie rods ( have pic in my album)

Glad to see anothier hemi man owner as automtaics are for every one.

reg cab? quad cab? I bought mine new and had no major issues for the first 4 years. Im at 121,00 km, little more than dbbl 42,000 miles.
