I just bought a set of 3" RC Coil Springs and im about to buy some shocks and was wounding if i need to get longer shocks or if stock lengh will work. RC has 0-1" or 2"-3". If i buy the 2"-3" shocks and ther to long what kinda problems could show up.

 

If they are too long they will bottom out which will cause for a horrible ride they eventually brake the shock or cause it too leak depending what kinda shock it is

And as for the sizing it's really hard to say, I had a problem with front shocks i ordered they were too long but it said they would work on 1-3 inch lift and I was going to do a +2 torsion crank but they still to long so I contacted summitracing and they told me stock size would be fine, what I'm getting at is talk to company your getting leaf springs and see what they recommend
