There is a tuner out there that will give radical mpg increase on a 5500-6000# truck

You will be wasting your money. Search the foums here and elsewhere. Basic copper plugs are all you need. You will gain nothing with V power plugs.

Already picked them up from store, sorry guy

Also read a lot of threads and a lot of people recommend the NGKs and people recommend the copper ones for the Hemi which my truck don't have

V-powers are copper plugs anyways. They just have a V-tip for a centered more precise spark contact. Your still getting the benefits from a copper plug. No worries.

Ya I was talking about like Autolite Coppers and Champion Coppers haha
