Get the SRT-10 Hood from your dealership and be done.

I would too... if I had a dealer here. So, no hood for me.

Getting a custom hood for a mustang is WAY easier than finding one for a truck, more specifically a Dodge Ram. Short of the SRT 10 or Venom hood your options are limited unfortunately

Yeah, but you gotta be careful. You get what you pay for!!! Unless your spending $600+ on a Custom mold for a Mustang, it WILL still need prep work that would eat up any savings.
A fiberglass hood for a mustang is right about $800 including prep, not including paint.
So, whether you buy a $300 hood and have to pay $500 to properly prep the crappy mold, or $600 and spend only $200 in prep work before paint, you end up at the same price for 2 different products. The more expensive hood coming out on top for fitment and quality at the same exact price!!

$1000 for the SRT Venom...ehhh they can keep it. It's still aftermarket fiberglass and will require even minor prep work $$$$. I'd rather spend $650 on a stock SRT hood that needs pretty much zero prep work.

^^^ Yeah but steel hoods wont crack from flexing or too much pressure from the hinges or get chipped from vehicles in front of you flinging rocks and pebbles

Throwing out options for you. Up to you to go with whatever you want. Good Luck.

Even though i love my steel hood i am looking for a change so might go with the fiberglass cowl hood by ABC. Just wish it had a 4" cowl.

Thanks to all for input .
I think I'll either get that efflux hood from hood lord, & pay a fortune to get it prepped and painted or factory srt 10 either way it's going to hurt
