Default Can these be taken off.....without to much of a pain?

I don't know what you call these peices but I would like to know if they can be taken off without to much trouble (rip apart the whole dash and console) because I would like to paint them with like a black satin color (http://www.duplicolor.com/products/trimPaint/). I have seen sets being sold on here before but this gives me another reason to "play" with my truck. I am also going to do the carpet in the same color (http://www.duplicolor.com/products/vinylFabricCoating/).

Thanks for any help with this project.

An easier, but more expensive solution?

There are dozens of colors and kits with more, and kits with less trim covers...I've been considering orange (for obvious reasons) and it is pretty straight forward to put on, no sanding or prepping. Just clean and apply.

Well after looking and more looking looks like I will be doing some taping, adhesion promoter and painting. Will post pictures once I finish but need to finish my roll bars first. One project at a time.

Thanks for the help!

Swap with someone who has a base model and would like the woodgrain. Then there's nothing to wear out over time.
