I disagree with article, I have seen many of Dodge Ram 1500s or I guess Dodge trucks in general get into accidents and was hardly damaged but yet the other vehicle was almost totaled and sometimes that other vehicle would be a Chevy or Ford truck...

Yep, this forum has had quite a few posts/pics over the years where the poster said how glad he was he chose to put himself and his family in a Ram - because the people in the other vehicle didn't walk away.

Dodge has NEVER gotten good reviews, nor has GM. Ford usually fares a little better even though I've seen many a Ford truck crumple the cab and do serious bodily harm while the Ram looked barely damaged. Of course the lightweight, made from recycled coke can foreign jobs get great reviews...

like one of the posts said in the article...id rather take a head on collision in my ram than a damn civic. you cant sit there and tell me a civic would fare better than a ram with ZERO frame....frame>unibody.
