Hey all. '03 1500 (Sport Bumpers)
I think I have posted about my front bumper issue (missing lip/valence/air dam) before with little to no activity on it. I came to you for advice today, as I am pretty ignorant on this level.
Long story short I got some money from a hit and run (empty and truck was parked) after I tracked down the guy and hit up his insurance company. It's really just the back bumper that needs to be replaced.
I was going to try and be savvy and see if I could use the funds to replace both my front bumper and the back since my front bumper was missing the lower lip part since I got the truck and it is driving my nuts. I have been looking around on craigslist/ebay/google for a replacement sport bumper but they are pretty rare, and when you find them they are expensive.
So my questions:
1). I found someone local with an SRT10 bumper at a steal. However it is missing the inserts/grille and I am having trouble tracking some down that aren't ricerish. I just want the OEM/stock black SRT10 inserts. If I can't find these then it's useless unless I make them myself (blegh).
2.) I am also okay with sticking with the normal sport bumper or something along the lines of the daytona/hemi sport bumpers as well. If you know where I can pick one up (whether its on your local craigslist or a friend has one) I'd appreciate the tip.
3.) I'm trying to track down the part number or the actual part itself for the rear bumper. Again it's the "sport" one, not the chrome.
Painting the front and back bumpers will cost me 500 bucks from the local shop. The front SRT bumper I found will cost me 150/175 plus a little gas to drive up north of ATL. I want to come out around $1000 or less here so if I can find the rear bumper and the inserts for the SRT10 for cheap, that'd be great. I am going to attempt some junkyards but with their hours and my work schedule it will be hard. In the meantime I wanted to get the experts advice on what they know/see.

Picked up the SRT-10 bumper today...
Very strange... it looks like the 2006+ SRT10 bumper with an 2003-2005 top half to fit the lights.
Can't find the bumper grill for the life of me. I don't want the ugly autozone looking billet inserts that you find on eBay. This will be my last request for help, seems there is not much interest on this thread.
