Tire clearance question??

I want to put 20x14 Fuel hostage wheels with -44mm offset with 35x13.5x20 nitto trail tires on my 2003 dodge ram 3500 with 6" of lift, will this be enough lift to clear these rims and tires?

I would say that's plenty. I'm running 35x12.5x17 coopers on my 05 with a level with no rubbing at all

Plenty. You can fit 37x13.5x20s on a SFA 3rd Gen with 6" of lift with as little as -12mm offset.
