Default New Meats today

After much research and talk, I finally got it done today. Went with the Nitto Terra Grapplers in a 305/17/70 on Moto Metal 951's, 17" -12mm offset. Put these on as it was time for some new rubber and my son will be the next owner of this truck and this is what he likes. Definitely improved the ride over my worn out Wrangler HP's. The look still needs to grow on me a little bit, so don't be shy about being critical. Just the 2 pix for now until I get it cleaned up. I've got to take to a shop and get one of the exhaust pipes moved to exit out the other side since it sits too close to my spare. I'll wait to clean it up after that is done.

I'm thinking some front barely legal window tint will help darken it up. Not sure if I'm ready to actually start blacking out body parts just yet.

These are iPhone pix in bad lighting, so excuse the averageness...

Not bad! The blackout fad is not my cup of tea, but I kinda dig it on yours. Then again, I'm partial to silver trucks. Just make sure he takes care of it!

The more I see those wheels on Silver trucks, the more I like them. Still don't care for those tires though. Not because they are bad, but because I don't like the sidewalls.

to piggy back on the plasti dip, i have done my emblems and its super easy. wash your truck, then get some brake cleaner and clean the emblems off good, tape off and spray. takes about 3-4 coats with about 8-10 mins in between to dry a little bit. looks sharp and took me about an hour to do all mine. and i like the new look, those rims are nice.
