have an 06 1500 megacab 4x4, pretty stock with the exception of cat-back magnaflow duals. Noticed an exhaust leak on the passengers side manifold. Found a broken stud and decided this would be the best time to upgrade to headers.

Any Suggestions? Not to sure what to go with on this one

 

Depends what you're looking for out of the truck. Longtube headers will provide more HP and Shorties will give you more torque on the low end. As for brands I don't know or think Mega's use different headers than the regular Rams so Pacesetter, Gibson, BBK and TTI are the biggest brand names I know of

I don't see why any headers couldn't fit. The only thing that should be different is the exhaust is longer.

 

Any header that will fit a 2500 should fit a Mega just fine.

 

Headers for 2500 will not fit mega cab motor mounts are closer to header so headers are to wide
