If I remove the egr and cats and have my tune adjusted for the removal of both of them, will my emissions obd test still show them in a not ready state? I have had some say yes it will remain in a not ready state while others have said they will be forced to a ready state.

I have put well over 600 miles on my truck since my last failed emissions test due to the cat, O2s, Evap and another system being in the "not ready" state. So, before I drive another 600+ miles, I need to know if turning off those functions in the tune will force them into a ready state or not
