Ok I found a brand new one of those for around 200... Says it could get up to 4mpg better?? I'm sold hah

 

Be realistic with yourself now and don't expect 4 MPG more

 

Just goin by reviews and description of it...

 

I understand and Im not trying to come off as negative. Ill promote and praise any idea. Its just that we have a lot of guys always trying to make a 5000-6000 lb truck get better mileage and more money is spent in the hopes of saving than what the actual output in costs of the savings

 

Yea no single mod is going to give you 4 MPGs. Or else we would ALL have it right now

 

Yea I understand and I wasn't expecting that.. I'm lookin to get a lil extra whether it's power or economy. So I think this will help. Will the chip fix my speedometer? turnin 35's it's way off. Got pulled over the other night, cruise control said 60 he had me at 68

is the superchips the way to go on dodge?? apparently so since everyone is talking about them...i didn't see much gain with superchips on my fords...hypertech seemed to work better...but they were fords not dodge....i'm on my first dodge and was wondering which way to go...anyone used the edge system with any luck?? don't think i'll get much gain since i drive a 1500 mega cab 4x4 (apparently a 2500 4x4)....should i just keep the money or is there a little gain to be had for my land yacht?

 

Edge is good if you have a diesel but for the Dodge 4.7s and 5.7 SuperChips is the way to go

 

Alright just bought the superchip 3815 on eBay brand new for 175... Can't wait for it to come in, interested to see the difference.
