Default Slap shifting?

Shifting from 1-2-D like a mad man is probably bad? And just seems like you're going faster but you're really not?

Technically, if you time it right, you can be faster than letting the tranny do all the work, but probably not by much...

The faster guys at the track shift like that. And you do end up a bit quicker. If you time it right its beneficial, time it wrong and something might go boom.

just the column shifter is awkward and can mis shift which is why some switch to a ratchet type, z gate floor shifter. I have one since my d shifts are limited to.6200rpm but can do 7k shifts manually.
