Default Death wobble

A few weeks ago i got into a front end collision with my 06 mega cab 1500. there was over $7,000 in damage and when i got it back from having the repairs done it had the death wobble something terrible. (didnt have it before)The alignment shop is trying to blame it on the leveling kit i had installed at the same time they straigtened the frame, which i understand leveling kits dont help the cause any but still. I have been reading old forums for hours and this is what i have come up with

have the caster adujusted to plus 5.2
update the tie rod and steering assembly to the lager one
steering box stabalizer
track bar bushings

I would like some advice on what would work and what wouldnt. I really want to keep my leveling kit but if it means getting rid of the death wobble i guess ill take it out. Also would there be any corolation between the frame damage and the death wobble??

Just to make sure. You have a 4x4 Mega Cab, correct?

As long as you have the level kit in there then it can be blamed even though I highly doubt it was the cause.
I almost never see a vehicle with a bent and/or cracked frame NOT have vibration issues after it's "repaired"...

I have...I used to rebuild salvaged vehicles for a living. There's something that has to be bent still causing the wobble...ur on the right track on things to replace. Also try replacing bolts in the suspension too. sometimes they can get slightly bent in a collision causing a vibration or wobble.
