Clicking noise in front end at all speeds ,I crawled under and rotated front drive shaft and this is wear tha noise is coming from .what is the solution?

Year? 1500 or 2500?
I'm assuming its a 1500.

CV axles need replacement.
Driveshaft u-joints generally have vibration issue's at highway speeds. CV axles have clicking, especially when weight is put on a bad one such as taking a turn.
