Default CherryBomb vortex & hemi's with MDS?

ok, for some reason every time I try the search function I get 0 results.

I'm curious if any fellow '06-'08 Hemi owners have this specific exhaust setup and how/if they like it & if it stinks with the MDS:

front to back: stock manifolds-y pipe-factory cats-(1) CherryBomb Vortex muffler (3" in/ dual 2.5" out)-exiting behind the rear tires.

Here's a video I found of this exact setup--love how it sounds in the video but wanna hear from actual owners...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYsXzxZgGh4

Please, if anyone has this setup chime in!!! Thanks guys!

I know, right! As far as I can tell in the video, when the MDS kicks in, it just gets quiet instead of sounding like doo-doo. I'm hoping people with the same setup chime in and tell me it sounds as good as in the vid!

That exhaust sounds great. I have the Cherry bomb extreme and when the MDS kicks in it not that quite.

I can't get the search tab to work either. I did find that the main search tab under the ram and challenger works.

If you keep one of the factory resonators on it should help with the MDS making your exhaust sound bad. Or buy a tuner and turn it off, alot a guys on here have done this.

You could always get a tuner and disable the MDS.
Edit: never mind I just read the post above mine lol.

I've got the Cherry Bomb Vortex on mine but have mds disabled. Before I got the SC Cortex, I did have the classic "helicopter flutter" so commonly associated with MDS and a custom exhaust set up. But I love the sound of the vortex. More of a growl than a roar....

Carnage, do/did you have either of the factory resonators with your set-up?

If my truck has 2 of them, I'll probably keep one on.
