Yeah, that basically sounds like what I want. :P That's why I would put turndowns on it though, so it's pointed towards the ground. That way it's hella loud outside, but not quite as much inside.

SO! This now begs the question..... 1 exhaust cutout BEFORE the muffler, or 2 cutouts AFTER the muffler? Commence conversation!

 

Turndowns would probably help. Not really sure why you would want the cutouts after the muffler. I think it would defeat the whole purpose of having them.

 

E cutouts ALWAYS go before the muffler
