Hmm, I've never seen Ram taillights with ambers. That could be a tough one to find.

Get something like this and put in amber bulbs, sir.

 

I guess that you need them if registering/inspecting it for the German market? It's nice that I didn't have to modify the truck at all when I brought it over here (US military) in order to get it legal. I know people in England who had to add extra lights, side turn signals, and other modifications in order to pass inspection there. I know people have sold vehicles on the German economy, but not sure if they had to add the required "euro lights" and rear fog lamp, etc...
