Second, is that Hammer's rig? If so, ask him about it.
Third, the pic is a little help but it will help to know what you have now and some specs on where you want to go. What year is your truck and is it 4x4 or 4x2? You can get pretty close to the picture with just a level. Go with 17" rims with a good offset and backspace and you can fit some 305/70 or maybe even 315/70's. Want to go bigger than that, you probably need a lift.
My truck pictured below is just leveled and I'm running 305/70R17 Nitto's on rims with 4.5" backspace and -12mm offset. Tires stick out 1.5" or so. I probably could have fit 315/70R17's, but I'm happy with these.

IIRC, Hammer has a 4" Rancho suspension lift with 17" MT CII wheels and 35" Dick Cepek FCII tires. That's just the visual stuff. He's got a metric **** tonne done to it internally, as well. Hammer has the rig that many aspire to be...
