I would love to change the seats in my truck to leather, and when I finally get the money to do it, I'll be contacting this company; http://www.katzkin.com/
Stacy from "Trucks" (or now I think it's "Gears") TV show had an episode where he changed out the cloth for leather in a Dodge Ram. I was very impressed with the finished product and the options available!

Click the "Home" tab at the top, then the "Start" button a little lower on the left, then select "Ram" for the vehicle make, NOT "Dodge". The next drop-down window allows 1500 as a selection, then of course the year in the third drop-down window. Have fun with all the choices you have! The stitching, piping, seat color, and different inserts all can be customized!

consider taking it apart and fixing the metal part of the seat that causes that rip. There's a diy on it in the faq/diy section. I did it, it was pretty straightforward, I replaced the foam in my seat too, great fix.
