Assuming I bought a junked 03 Hemi ram QC for parts... What's involved?

I've got a 45RFE tranny, so that should mate up to a hemi (or not). Essentially an underhood wiring/PCM, engine swap? One vehicle to the next? What's complicated about that?

Edit - You also all suck for getting this idea in my head.

OMG, don't tell me they have one of those things that leaks oil connected to the centre wire of the distributor too.
