Hi all.
Does anyone have suggestions on what headers will fit an 05 2500 hemi 4wd?
I am not having any luck finding headers to fit.
I would prefer shorties but long tubes will work with a little more effort.

It is a little harder to find, but Jeg's has a good selection. You can take a part number from them and throw it into google shopper to find a better price probably.

does anybody make long tube for the 2500?? all i find is short tube. mine is also a 4x4, 5 speed man. gearbox, and also a 2005. just tried the jegs site. tried jc whitney, and also summit, all short tube. somebody has to make a long tube for the 2500. if anybody knows, let me know, but i'll keep searching.

 

I had Pacesetter Long Tubes on my '04 Hemi. Not too much work you just gotta extend the rear O2 sensor wires about 14". Nice gains...


Has never been Long Tubes for 2500 to my knowledge. We did an '05 Power Wagon back in '06 by building them on the truck. Lot of sh*t in the way...

 

TTI long tubes for a 2500
