have 2002 1500 5.9 ,looking to find whats the best spark plugs/wireing set works the best any opinions

 

Stock plugs. Not sure what the 5.9 came with but the Hemi's run coppers. Cheap and the best plugs for our trucks. Not sure about wires as I have coil packs but I've seen Taylor shorty wires mentioned on here more then once.
