Default Alpine Navigation CD's

My truck is an '08 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel Laramie. Need help repairing the navigational CD's for my Alpine System. Mine have become dirty and after having tried commercial disc cleaners bought at Walmart (which don't work) I can't use my navigational system and I need it for my work. I inquired at the dealer I bought the truck from but they want over $160 for the replacement CD for a system that was outdated with the '09 Dodge Ram Truck. I thought that price to be outrageous! Anyone have a solution or perhaps Alpine's phone number and I'll call them myself. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

By Alpine & CD, I assume you mean the Navteq DVD-DL used in the factory navigation unit (model REC)? If so, I may be able to help with the disc. If it's not a stock unit, or it's the optical lens instead of a bad disc, you'd be better off getting an aftermarket unit.

Thus the reason I always liked the Pioneer AVIC units that had internal hard drives with the navigational maps stored on them. Easily to update, no disc's so loose or handle.
