Since I got hit 2 times, its a PITA to deal with the insurance company for the garbage truck that nailed me and the insurance company for the neon. Biggest thing I'm currently waiting on is a correct estimate that at least includes a look at the axles and suspension.

 

Talk to a lawyer. Someone is negligent, and it wasn't you. I'd be suing both drivers, and I can almost guarantee it won't make it to court. Both companies will settle with you.

 

The reason I got hit though was because the city never salted my street and both vehicles slid down the street into the truck. I want to sue the city but I've been told that's a mute point...
