Default Help with suspension

I have an 03 ram 1500 quad cab 4x4. I want to lift it but noticed that the rear does not have the factory lift blocks and that my truck sits 2 to 3 inches lower than a stock 1500. Lifting the rear is not the problem but I am not sure what they might have done to get the front lower. Will turning out the torsion bars lower it that much? The truck rides really smooth and it sits level. I will post a pic to show what I am talking about. I am wanting to lift my truck 2 inches over stock height so I figured a 5 inch lift but not sure what to check on the front end to see how they lowered it.
