Default Ram with a weird mix

So I bought a 2005 dodge ram 1500 quad cab, It was flooded according to a vin check I run online. The owner changed the engine though and car is running fine. The weird thing is, it has the hemi badges at the side but when I opened a hood, its a 4.7. The previous owner changed the flooded 5.7 and put a 4.7. Also apparantly he swapped the interior too. I like that though, 2006+ interior and 2005 shape. However he didnt get the electricals right, because the power mirrors, auto dim rear view mirror , overhead console and sunroof dont work. My questions are, anyone has an idea whats causing these electrical glitches. And since it was hemi, is it easier to swap the 4.7 back to the 5.7? Thanks

I hate to say it, but my personal opinion is that I would sell the flood damaged truck.

This is likely a Sandy flood damaged truck, which means it's potentially seawater.

To many unknown and very likely to continue to have more electrical issues due to corrosion.

Never, ever, ever, ever buy a flood vehicle. Could look perfect, but trouble is just lurking underneath that sparkling clean exterior and interior. You're going to have nothing but problems.

Have you checked all of the fuses and relays?
I would check the underhood fuse box. They corrode on the underside where the terminals are and have very funky electrical problems that surface.

Doubtful being that he's from Abu Dhabi! Unless he spent all kinds of money to ship it overseas???

Yeah you might be right. I checked the fuse box and the under of the fuse box is exposed. Maybe some of the wires are cut. My truck was imported from US, but by the seller, not me.

I want to change it back to the hemi. I spoke with one of the garages, they say I will trade my 4.7 with the 5.7 and wont cost much to swap. Will it be easy?

I doubt its sea water, or even deep. The chassis, engine bay or under dash is not rusty
