6.1 intake on 5.7

6.1 intake on 5.7
I have an 03 dodge hemi & wanna put an 6.1 intake on the 5.7. What all do,I need to change out or replace. Thinking,I might have to swap heads out,cause of the ports size. Is it worth the time of doing or more headache than anything else.

front end CAI (LMI)
EFan
port matched or 5.7 to 6.1 port adapters (Modern Muscle has them)
fuel line extender kit (ZEX has one)
AC/ALT Relocation Kit and machined Timing Cover (Interia has those)
Shorty Wires or convert to 2006+/6.1 Dual Coil's
EGR Block Off Plate
redo wiring harness to go around manifold.
Prob missing something but that is the majority of it.
