I have a 2007 1500 with a megacab and was thinking about getting true hood scoops for when I get my cold air intake...I would like to get 2 scoops. Any suggestions? (brand,where to get them,color.etc). My truck is white but I think that it would look good with black scoops but open to any suggestions.

"True" hood scoops means taking a sawzall to the hood of your truck. You willing to do that?

 

If you have a scoop it should be functional.
A non functional scoop is like lipstick on a pig.

 

I got a buddy in town that has a body shop and was going to have him do the cutting.

 

I'm wanting to do a scoop too but I'm looking for an OEM SRT-10 hood. Functional and looks good. Not like any of the stick ons or fiberglass hoods, in my opinion of course.

 

I have decided not to do one. because you dont really gain any air flow for a cold air intake.
