I have a 2008 Ram 1500 with a leaking 3rd breaklight. I removed the cover put a bead of silicone on it. Well it rained last night and I had water in the cab this morning. I'm guessing the water ruined the seal. I tried to remove the cover today and silicone sealed enough to stick to the truck. Anyone know best way to remove the light, so I can attempt to reseal?

 

If it were me,I would use one of those plastic putty knives.Try to run the length and try not to pry up too much.
