Has anyone have or seen these on the spare tires underneath the beds?


I have one on my 08 Ram, I'm assuming it's aftermarket, and it didn't come with the key when I bought it used from the dealership. The picture attached is something I found on the internet but when looking down the guide tube I can see that it basically the same pattern. I've talked to some local tire shops and they can't help and I've even reached out to the local Dodge dealerships to no avail.


I'm not really asking if it's a real thing, I can tell that on my own. Does anyone know of a way you can lower your spare or get the guide tube off so that part can be removed without actually buying the adapter?


I don't really want to buy one because the only ones I can find are around $50 and I'm afraid it won't be the same pattern. Thanks for the help.
