Edit - Situation was resolved and a mutually beneficial agreement reached for both parties.

This happens a lot with everyone who posts images on the Internet. One guy on another forum puts his own watermark on every image he posts, mainly because he restores distributors.

You're writing emails and dealing with people who have poor writing skills, plus you've been strung along for 10 days so they view you as a chump.

If you really want something to happen then you should consult with an attorney. Since that's going to be costly if he/she actually does anything, then you might seek out a 2nd or 3rd year law student who could draft something more stern than what you have already sent.

You put pictures on the Internet. Expect them to be used.

Roughly $50 payment is a fair exchange deal for tail lights discount. I've seen other eBay ads where they offer $30-$40 for the buyer to photo their vehicle with the new purchase(s) and send it to them. Payment made only if they do use them. I'd accept their offer if you are really interested in their tail lights and take pride in that your truck was nice enough for them to use for advertisement. Maybe you can suggest a deeper discount promising pics of the tail lights installed?
