My 05 2500 has the rust just starting on the rear wheel arches. I'm going to fix it and add flares soon. like the title says, How do I get the foam out of that area? It will just keep trapping moisture etc. My brother's Durango has the same issue and we'd like to get that stuff out and then do a permanent fix.
