Skid Plates for 3rd Gen 1500?

Skid Plates for 3rd Gen 1500?
Hi all. I've done some digging here and on parts websites, but can't find any skid plates for my truck.
2007 1500 RC/SB 4.7L 4x4.
I'd like to do some more off-roading with it, but would like a little more protection underneath. Any suggestions for skid plates, or at least Differential protection for it?
I plan on running dirt roads and some trails, no extreme rock-crawling.
