Wheels for M14 studs fit on 9/16" studs?

Wheels for M14 studs fit on 9/16" studs?
I have searched without luck...I want to put 2014 17" OEM Ram 1500 wheels on my 2007 Ram 1500....(I currently have the 20" wheels). My studs are 9/16" and the studs after 2010 (I think) are M14, which are said to be a little smaller....
Are the lug holes in the wheels also smaller on the post 2010 wheels?? If so, then obviously I cannot use them....
