I have a blue 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab 4x4 with a 4.7L gas engine. I work at the Hanford Site (made plutonium for our nuclear arsenal) as an engineer and I have a small engineering services and construction company on the side. My trucks odometer just turned 350,450 miles. First engine, third clutch, forth set of brakes, change the oil every 3500 miles. Mostly highway miles, I hope to make it to 400,000 with the first engine. Anyone else had this kind of mileage on their gas engine's?

 

I know there are a few 5.7's that are close, but I don't think anyone has made it near that high with a 4.7 (good on you!). You should email Ram and ask for the closest high mileage plate frame they have. I know they have a 300,000 mile one, dunno if they have one for the next bracket up lol.
