I'm in Northeast Texas, very interested in getting some black smoked headlights for my 08 Ram 1500 quad and just curious if anyone knows the standards/regulations involved in upgrading. Not sure what all the letters mean (OEM certified, etc) if there's some that are too dark.... Need some serious advice. TIA
