Default 2002 1500 with 4.7 45rfe bad tyranny?

Just want to confirm what I know, kids dodge has had a delayed shift from neutral to reverse or drive 2 seconds or so for awhile. Now will barely move when cold and still have to rev when warmed to move. Haven't taken out on road. Shoots code p0841. Is these a chance that the sensor could cause this. Fluid isn't terrible but haven't dropped pan yet.

unrelated I bet but won't come out of park randomly now. Can shift 4x4 selector and sometimes it will. Is there an override for this as I wouldn't want to get stuck somewhere with it in park. I don't want to chase sensors and cables for this. Never had an issue with any of my other vehicles every.

Yep figured. Been washing it off underneath and it honestly doesn't look like too bad a job except the top 2 bellhhousing bolts. Everything looks to be don't under pickup. I haven't pulled a tranny since my barracuda years ago. Just dislike tyranny oil but oh well.
