Is this an issue for 04's as well? I have 6k left on my warranty and if it is I will have the dealer replace them.

1. The door seals. Look at the door seals near the bottom of the windshield. When you open the door it catches the rubber and causes a tear. DC makes a new seal that fixes this issue. Warranty covers this. Just make sure to ask for the new design or they may put the same old crappy ones on.

MY 07 with MDS gets 19 on highway...........you get on the highway, you head south for 450 miles you get off, you fill up with gas, you get back on highway.........othewise I get 14.5 to 16.5 depending on A/C use. MDS at 70 mph cruise control on .........WORKS!!

I love my 2005. I get 14MPG as well. My engine always ticks when you first start it up. Once you get use to hearing the tick then you won`t even notice it.
