Yesterday I finally ditched the Flowmasters that were on the truck when I bought it. I now have a Borla XR1 that exits out the side in front of the rear tire. I used 3" Stainless tubing that I got from Mandrel Bending Solutions Home Page. I painted the pipe that exits the muffler and turns out with flat black VHT that I had laying around.

I know what you mean. I posted my vid of my XR-1 and it sounded terrible on the vid. In person, it sounds mean as hell! Either way, you picked a damn good muffler, now just watch your MPG's go down as you haul *** everywhere listenin to it! Haha

 

There should be an XR-1 club now that a few people have them.... Like I said over on RF, the truck sounds good man and this is by far my favorite muffler (if you can call it that lol)
