NO, Don't, you will have to pay 6% gst + provincal tax on the US purchass price, and you will have all ready paid the state tax in North Dakota, Montana, ect.

If you were to buy a new truck in Canada and export it into the US. for a profit, you have to tell the canadain government so they can tax you ( capital gain )

When you lease a truck, all leasing companies make you sign an agreement that you will not export your truck to the US. in the first year.

Your better if buying a new cummins, or a new Hemi Ram considering the used cummins is marked up, and your Dodge Ram is marked down, betwean the two thiers a easy 60% profit for the dealer.
