Propane injection
from my understanding it will work on any engine but it requires modifications, and unless you plan on keeping your truck a long time, the gas you save might not justify the cost of doing the conversion. now i have no idea about who makes a kit, where to find it, or if anyone currently produces one for the 4.7. i have heard of a couple of people running propane kits on the hemis though, so it might be easily adaptable to the 4.7. good luck with it.
I don't personally, but maybe this will help:

I'm sure you can get it for 4.7. The kit I have is www.ecofuel.com. Technocarb is another company that makes kits. Good luck.

Propane injection is for diesel engines. It greatly ups the power production.
You can get a propaneCONVERSION for your truck where it will either run on gas or propane but not both.

mileage will most likely go down 5-10% Power gains will probably be very small. The key is the price of the fuel and better emissions. I do think that it will pay for itself. The kit installed is probably around 4 to 6 thousand. There are many options for tanks. Buy a used tank that mounts in the back or spend a thousand or two on new tanks that are hidden from view. Just as a side note the system is an injection system. There will be new injecors for the propane and they will sequentially inject just like your fuel rails and injectorsdo now.If you have more questions there is a thread called Hemi on propane that has discussed this conversion.
