The site says $499.00 for the CAM or $1,600.00 for them to install it. That includes everything, even fluids.

Started at 9:30am and finished at 5:00pm, so around seven and a half hours.

no, not a pro but pretty good mechanical knowledge, all the right tools and a helper to hand me the tools and take the parts I removed away, the helper speeds things up a lot.
