Default Headers

Im looking to get different headers on my 07 hemi. i wanna know which would be a good set for a good price, i dont want cheap dirt one's and i also dont wanna brake the bank. I have also heard that installing new headers voids your warranty, is this true? but then i also saw a pair of gibson headers that would not void the warranty.

Default RE: Headers

headers wont void the warranty unless they can prove it was the headers that caused the problem and nothing else. ex... you somehow had wires hanging loose or a hose that came into contact with them and burned it to ****. thats your fault lol. pace setters are the way to go if you still want to be able to buy gas after the install. and check into it more but ive held off from getting them due to the fact that they are supposed to LEAN out your AF ratio. this is what i have heard for my 03 hemi and i dont want to spend another $300 for a programmer to compensate. (i could be wrong but ive read it in more than one forum). pace setters will set you back $550 bucks or so (y pipe and jet coating included). the gibson log headers i have seen help out the lower end power but not top end so much. Get some long tubes and a cut out for better topend (anything north of 4000 rpms).
