Hello guys,newbie here.

What isa fair price for a 2006 3500 with a cummin diesel, mega cab, slt with 14k miles on it.

What are the things I should be worry about and what things I should be looking on this trucks. Never onwn one of this.

I used to have a 99 f350 with a 7.3l powerstroke and loved it but bee hearing that the new 6.0L is not that good as the 7.3

Well the new engine is the 6.4, not the 6.0 and they have been having bad things happen to them. About the mega cab i would say around 30,000. You need to give us more details such as 4x4 or 4x2? Rear axel, single or dual rear wheel. Any aftermarket stuff. Why is it being sold with only 14,000 on it? Was it in an accident or did something break on it? Give us much more details and we can give you more info. You may want to try posting this in the cummins section being this is a diesel engine.

 

Is a 4x4 dually slt, stock, it was a company truck and had to close their business, It looks almost new. I been hearing that this trucks has some problems with the tranny, what kind of problems?

 

Well afterford made the 7.3L they did make a 6.0 which is probably what he is refering to. The 6.4 came on the '08 models.
