Should i keep the rear resonator with the 3030? If I go for the flowmaster the general consensus is to remove the rear resonator.

What the heck is that on your flat bed ? Why didn't you just put it on the trucks bed it would fit without a problem. Just kidding, nice minny. Before you go with the exaust mods figure out what you will be doing on the long run with other mods to the engine. If you are keeping the enine internals the same and not going with headers or highfloow cats , go with the 3030 and get rid of the resonator. It will give it a sweet sound crusin and when you step on the sound will be deeper. Flow masters would be a higher flowing and deeper tonebut you loose more low end power if you keep everything stock. That is my experiance with them , but it is up to you . Figure out the final outcome of you mods and then make a choise.

 

Well it all depends on what you want and don't want...

Do you want Loud, Louder, or Crazy wake up the neighbors Loud?

Do you want to be able to talk in a normal voice, raised voice, or scream at top of your lungs voice?

Do you want to spend a few dollars, a Few Dollars More, or a Fist Full Of Dollars?

Answer these questions and I think you will know your path Grasshopper

anyway - i have always been curious about the 3030 - saw "2 guys an a truck" throw one on a performance truck - seemed sweet, but have never heard it in person

i went with the super 40 - nice an loud - initially was little strong in the cab when cruising at 70, but i dont even notice it now - very happy with my choice; although i would love to have new headers, cats and a true dual setup; also wouldnt mind having electric cutouts, but not sure they would serve a purpose
