RE: Tundra??
yeah. i see A LOT!!! here in San Diego, theres a lot of money floating around and everybody tries keeping up to date with the vehicles. so i see tons of them. they are ugly! especially the long bed!! ewwww!!! but hey, they can out run the comp. which blows! lol. but the titans are nice looking rigs. but reliability on them is horrible! you can always rely on american muscle!

Not seeing that many here in So Cal either, except on the lots. Thought they would be plentiful by now. I test drove one a couple of months ago before buying my Ram. The power and engine response is impressive, but that's where it all ended for me. I hate the looks of the Titan and it seems Toyota sort of morphed a little of the Titan in my opinion. For overall style, power and price, the Ram Hemi was a no brainer for me!

Hey HighDuke, I'm here in Highland (near Redlands/San Bernardino/foothill entrance to Big Bear Lake). We have tons of '06 and earlier Tundras around, but I'm just not seeing the '07s on the road yet. The two local dealers weren't dealing on them yet when I test drove one, maybe that's why? Pretty steep $$$ to shell out at MSRP. I've sure been seeing new Rams running about, though!

i dont see many new toyotas here period. ive seen one 07 and it was ugly as hell. most of the new trucks seen here are dodge/ford/chevy/gmc very few foreign trucks around here and the ones you do see are the compact trucks that nobody actually buys for work, except for the old tacomas, i see alot of them lifted and covered with mud, but very few brand new foreign trucks around here.

i just saw 3 or 4 more today at the mall alone! dude, i see new tundras everywhere! i am always seeing 2006-2007 Rams all the time too! even though i have a ram, the rams are way better looking! the tundras are ugly as hell!
yeah, i see many new chevys, gmcs, fords, and dodges too. but i def. see more tundras than chevy, gmc, and ford. but there are more and more dodges everyday around here. in a community where i used to live last year, the dodgether truck ratio is 3:1. 1 of my old neighbors has 3 rams!! another one has an 06 hemi and an 07 3500 dually cummins! rich old farts! lol. my old tenant has a sick *** red ram, i think 2004, with a nice fatty lift and hes been in truck magazines left and right!!

RE: Tundra??
Saw the first one up close last night. It was a 2007 Tundra 4-dr. Long bed, and it was a champagne color (almost a beach sand color) It is a little hard to get used to, but I think all of the new cars are when they first come out. After a while of looking at it, it actually looks to be pretty tough looking, and sounded pretty healthy too! But with 390HP, you'd expect that I guess.
Without test driving it, I thought it looked pretty impressive, sounded good, and probably handles like a Lexus. All in all, I think I under-estimated Toyota when I saw the first pictures of the new style. It is far superior to the "full size" pre-2007 tundra's. Not a bad rig I don't think personally.
